The subtest
Measures
The inventory records personal style and attitudes. Its purpose is to identify Air Force jobs where people who answer like you find the work satisfying.
Format
The subtest has 240 statements in 45 minutes.
You rate each statement on a five-point scale: Strongly Disagree, Moderately Disagree, Neither Agree nor Disagree, Moderately Agree, Strongly Agree.
You give your first impression of each statement, work quickly and answer every statement, even when you are not sure.
Scoring
The inventory has no right or wrong answer and counts toward no composite, Pilot, CSO and ABM included.

The real length
The full-length form runs 240 statements in 45 minutes on the same five-point scale, the count and time of the real subtest. A Short form of 60 statements in 11 minutes gives a quicker pass.

A profile sheet, not a score
At the end, a sheet gives your level from 0 to 100 on five domains, and the full-length form adds the 30 facets and a response-consistency figure that shows how steadily you answered statements asking the same thing. Nothing is graded, ranked or counted, and only the sheet is saved, never your answers.
