What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Frontline Forge marketing site and to the Frontline Forge app. They cover your account, free attempts, purchases, the access period, account deletion, reviews and acceptable use.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Notice. By purchasing you agree to these terms as well.
You must be at least 13 to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian makes the purchase and accepts these terms.
Independent preparation resource
Frontline Forge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. Official testing authorities, recruiters, and selection programs remain the source for current eligibility, scheduling, scoring, and policy decisions.
No result guarantee
Guides, drills, examples, score estimates, rankings and readiness indicators are preparation tools. They do not guarantee an official score, qualification, job, commission, pilot slot, or selection outcome. Exam formats and policies can change.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and do not share the account. Use an e-mail address you can read. We send account messages there, such as activation and password reset.
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion is immediate and final. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase. If you later sign up again with the same e-mail, any access still running and the free attempts you already used are restored once you confirm that e-mail address again.
We may close an account that breaks these terms. A closed account is not refunded.
Free attempts
Before you buy, you get three free attempts in each Space of the app. A free attempt is one start of an Activity, in Training or in Test, and a replay counts as a new start. Reading an Activity's launch screen costs nothing.
In a Space that holds two Exams, such as AFOQT & TBAS, the three attempts cover both Exams. The count never resets, and a purchase does not give used attempts back.
Buying access
You buy access to one Exam, or to two Exams sold together, such as AFOQT + TBAS. Each comes in three tiers of 30, 90 or 180 days. You pay once. We store no payment method, and nothing renews.
You pay in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is included in the price shown. If checkout offers your local currency, the merchant of record converts the price at its own rate, so the amount may differ slightly. Prices may change at any time. The price in force when you buy is the one that applies. Promotion codes are limited in time, have no cash value and apply one per purchase.
Purchases are processed by
Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, acting as merchant of record. Link sends your receipt and collects any applicable tax. The charge
appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* FRONTLINE FORGE. Your purchase
is also subject to
Link's customer terms.
Dolonne Limited remains responsible for the product and for support.
The access period
An access runs for the number of days of its tier: 30, 90 or 180. It starts when your payment is confirmed. It runs continuously, whether you use it or not.
If you buy access to the same Exam while an access is still running, the new period starts when the current one ends. If your access has ended, the new period starts at payment.
An Activity you start while your access is running is saved if you finish it within six hours, even if the access ends while you play.
Refunds
Your access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the three free attempts let you try a Space before you pay. For that reason, we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind.
We refund a purchase in these cases:
- you bought the same access twice by mistake;
- a failure on our side prevents you from using the access you paid for;
- the law of your place of residence gives you a right to a refund.
To ask for a refund, write to support@frontline-forge.com. Link's purchase terms may also give you their own refund rights, which you exercise with Link.
A refunded or disputed payment ends the access it paid for.
Reviews
When you submit a review, you allow us to publish it on the site and in the app. We publish a review only after we have reviewed it. It appears under the display name you chose, or under a generic label if you chose none.
To withdraw a review, ask us through the contact form or delete your account. When you delete your account, the text of your review is removed. Its place stays, with no name.
Our content and acceptable use
Frontline Forge owns or licenses the text, design, software, questions and simulators of the site and the app. You may use them for your own test preparation.
You may not:
- copy, record, share or scrape the questions or the simulators;
- share your account or your sign-in details;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the site or the app;
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
A breach of these rules can close your account, without refund.

The airplane pictures in the Spatial Apperception practice were rendered from a 3D model by bohmerang, licensed under CC BY 4.0, modified by keeping one aircraft of the pack and recoloring it.
The airplane pictures in the Instrument Comprehension practice were produced using a 3D model by blarg, licensed under CC BY 4.0, modified by recoloring and removing the landing gear.
Availability and changes to the service
We may correct, update, move or retire content, including Activities, as the product and official sources change. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will run without interruption or error.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid for Frontline Forge access in the twelve months before your claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong. Nothing in these terms takes away a protection that the law of your place of residence makes mandatory.
Changes to these terms
We post any new version of these terms on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
