This notice explains how Frontline Forge handles information on this marketing site and its public practice pages. The training app may handle additional account and activity data.

Information you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that information to read your request, reply to you, and protect the form from abuse. We do not use contact messages to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Technical information

Our web server and hosting provider may record standard request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. The contact endpoint also uses an IP-based rate-limit record to reduce spam.

Analytics and advertising

This marketing site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics cookies. Following a link to the training app takes you to a separate application that uses the cookies and storage required for its account and training features.

Where contact messages go

Contact messages pass through our application server and configured email provider to the Frontline Forge operational inbox. These service providers process the information only to host the service and deliver the message.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the support history, prevent abuse, and meet operational or legal requirements. Server logs and rate-limit records follow the retention settings of the systems that create them.

Your choices

You do not need to submit personal information to read the marketing site or use its public practice pages. To ask about a message you sent, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact form.

Children

Frontline Forge is designed for military applicants and test candidates, not children under 13. Do not send personal information through the contact form if you are under 13.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the site's data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
